How far above the ground does a pellet stove chimney outlet need to be? - pellet stove jameson

Come directly to the wall, but the output is only about 12 "on our wooden deck. What is the temperature outside of the pellet stove fireplace?

  1. The pellet stove chimney is not so hot. Manufacturers are aiming high, but what is the output above the snowline. You must remember to check the wall outlet to make sure that is not blocked by snow, if you live in the snow belt.

  2. This is an oven, the smoke and fire is like the other one is with a stove, check with your building codes in your area, but I'm sure they'll tell you, same as the ordinary needs of a house. Normally it is three feet above the highest point of the roof.
