Can Sally Hansen's "Diamond Shine Base & Top Coat" be used to seal painted polymer clay? - maybelline wet shine diamonds
I stimuli of several polymers that have been painted with water-based acrylic ... If the enamel is to use them? I did this only because I do not Maybelline Wet Shine Nail Polish.
